This past week our founder visited one of our Marketing Automation integration partners, VerticalResponse, to highlight Cazoomi’s SyncApps true bidirectional sync features for CRM integration.

Filter and Sync only those records who meet specific criteria from CRM.

Sync specific target list members to VerticalResponse list.

Opt-outs managed automatically in CRM from VerticalResponse.

Custom field mapping between both systems.

Sync and map hard bounces to CRM. (No custom field mapping required)

Sync clicked URLs from Email Campaigns back to CRM.

Sync VerticalResponse campaign responses to CRM.

CRM always takes higher precedence over VerticalResponse. CRM record changes will always be synced to VerticalResponse.

Contact and lead data is synced from VerticalResponse only if the email address doesn’t exist in CRM at the time of syncing.
