How Can My Company Make Use of Cazoomi SyncApps?

Upon the advice of my sister, I set up my own writing company here in Manila. It’s called Quill Writing and Translation Services. I’m the owner and the sole employee. Because I need to get more experience in handling Cazoomi SyncApps, I try to look at the sync process from the point of view of the owner of a writing company.

Quill is actually a service-oriented company meaning I render a service (writing) to my clients. This means I measure my progress in writing in terms of word count per article. However, I do see how Cazoomi SyncApps can be adopted at my company because I have tried to use Salesforce.com and Constant Contact already.

I can use Salesforce.com to keep records of leads and contacts, meaning people who would probably want my service at some point in time. I don’t actually have accounts recorded at Salesforce.com because so far my service has been rendered to individuals, not corporations. But I know that eventually I will need to keep records of accounts as well when business leaders sit up and take notice of my writing skills. That is why I chose Salesforce.com.

On the other hand, I can use Constant Contact to email contacts. Constant Contact is a good complement to Salesforce.com because after I have taken notice of whom I need to email through Salesforce.com, I can always create an email marketing campaign via Constant Contact. So the two systems are actually a good match for each other.

At the moment, I have not actually formally adopted these systems into my organization because my attention is focused on the service I render for Cazoomi. However, it is good to be aware that I have the option of syncing Salesforce and Constant Contact for the benefit of my company in the near future. Business is all about staying organized and being on time so I presume that with the support gained by syncing Salesforce with Constant Contact I will eventually have an overflowing number of leads, prospects, contacts and accounts to deal with. And this is good for my bottomline and survival.
