# About Cazoomi Cazoomi began with a distributed group of NetSuite, Salesforce, and RSA consultants helping businesses implement enterprise software during the 2008 financial crisis. Customer work in California continued overnight with teams in India and the Philippines. Although the companies, industries, and applications differed, the same question kept appearing: how could these systems work together reliably? The team initially built integrations on SnapLogic, then began turning repeated implementation patterns into its own software. SyncApps® officially launched in March 2011. Instead of rebuilding every connection from scratch, Cazoomi captured established integration practices in a platform that organizations could configure and operate without a custom development project. Cazoomi is privately held, debt free, and independently operated. That independence has allowed the company to focus on durable software, long-term subscriber support, and practical integration behavior instead of growth targets set by outside investors. The name Cazoomi was inspired by the Japanese word 和美, or Kazumi, often interpreted as “beautiful harmony.” It reflects the company’s aim: creating harmony between applications that were not originally designed to work together. ## Company principles Cazoomi believes customer data belongs to the customer. Software should remove operational friction without trapping information or making future migrations unnecessarily difficult. The team continues to develop SyncApps around supported APIs, transparent integration rules, and access to real support specialists. - [Learn about SyncApps](https://www.cazoomi.com/what-is-syncapps-by-cazoomi/) - [Read the security overview](https://www.cazoomi.com/security/) - [Contact Cazoomi](https://www.cazoomi.com/contact/) - [View customer stories](https://www.cazoomi.com/subscriber-stories/)
