A List View is grouping of records in Zoho CRM based on a defined set of criteria. List Views are highly beneficial for displaying customer specific data according to your business requirements.
You may be interested in following-up on your recent leads from the week before or filter out your Potentials. The best way to handle these in Zoho is to set a filter criteria using the List Views.
You can also use List Views for changing records owners or deleting specific records in bulk and as well as sending targeted email marketing campaigns.
2 Types of List Views
You can modify the standard views and sort the order of the columns in the list. You cannot delete these list views.
You can create, modify, and delete the custom views and you can also sort the order of the columns in the list.

Integrating your Zoho CRM List View with SyncApps is very easy. In a 3-step easy process, you can integrate your Zoho CRM List Views to your Email Marketing Automation App.
1. In Step 1 of your Sync Profile, select Sync Specific List Views in the drop-down for Sync Mode.
2. Press the Sync Specific List Views button to display your available List Views from Zoho.
3. Select the List Views in the pop-up that you would like to be synced.
Once you have set it up, SyncApps will automatically create a List/Group in your Email Marketing Automation for each Zoho CRM List View.
