Newly Rolled Out SyncApps Integration for Zoho CRM and Infusionsoft by Keap

Recently, a SyncApps subscriber, who was in the process of migrating from Constant Contact to Infusionsoft by Keap, reached out to Cazoomi to see if we could come up with an integration for Zoho CRM and Infusionsoft by Keap, specifically a SyncApps that can keep Infusionsoft by Keap updated with Zoho CRM. Since Cazoomi syncs software based on subscriber ideas, Infusionsoft was only connected with the following software displayed below:

After taking some time reviewing which features to include in the integration, Zoho CRM to Infusionsoft by Keap was rolled out within days of the request.

Available in both free and paid plans, just like with the other Infusionsoft by Keap integrations, this newly rolled out integration lets subscribers sync their Zoho CRM contacts and leads to Infusionsoft, as well as the following robust features:

  • Sync only specific Infusionsoft Tags to Zoho CRM option
  • Filter and Sync only those records that meet specific criteria from CRM
  • Delete Converted Leads feature to Marketing Automation solution
  • Execute workflow trigger on new Contact or Lead creation
  • Opt-outs automatically synced from Infusionsoft by Keap to Zoho CRM
  • Custom field mapping between both systems
