smarterBATHROOMS+ need to Tag specific records from NetSuite in Infusionsoft once the records will reach the following: 

  • Infusionsoft Tag A. Have reached halfway through a project; so they can email them to see how they are going
  • Infusionsoft Tag B. The project has completed + 1 week has gone by.

They need this segmentation in order to send their customers relevant emails at the relevant time.

We know that most integrations between Infusionsoft and NetSuite on the market are lacking in real personalization capabilities. Here’s what we did at their suggestion (and what has now become a feature of the Infusionsoft to NetSuite integration that all our clients can enjoy):

SyncApps Sync Profile Configuration

  • In Step 1 of the Sync Profile, Use Customer Saved Searches for Infusionsoft Tag A and Tag B.
  • This way, specific records from NetSuite will be synced to Infusionsoft Tags via the specified Customer Saved Searches.
  • In NetSuite, the Customer Saved Search Filter is set to the date when the Project started and runs up to the current date.
  • Sync specific tags from Infusionsoft which can be found in Step 2 of the Sync Profile setup.
  • Not all Infusionsoft records will be synced back/create as new records in NetSuite. Only the records with the specified tags will be synced back to NetSuite.

Key Outcomes

  • NetSuite Customer Saved Searches are now synced to Infusionsoft with their corresponding tags – smarterBATHROOMS+ can now run specific email campaigns for each client whose projects are halfway done or fully completed.
  • Only specific Infusionsoft Tags are now synced to NetSuite.
  • smarterBATHROOMS+ now spends less time manually inputting tags and segmenting contacts from one solution to the other.
  • smarterBATHROOMS+’s clients are informed about the status of their project in due time and with no glitches — the staff won’t end up sending project details to the wrong customer.
