The beginning of every year is an excellent time for reflection, isn’t it? At SyncApps, we’re great fans of round-ups and retrospectives.

But I’ll be honest with you: this last December, we got a bit lazy. We launched so many new features, integrations, and dashboard upgrades that it was taking a lot to go through them all.

Plus, it doesn’t really matter which one of them we liked best, does it?

So we let you, our subscribers, do the heavy lifting for us (thank you!).

We talked to a few subscribers, then took a close look at the most used pre-built automations, and ta-daaa: this is our round-up post for the past month. AND it includes the whole year!

A whole year of launches and upgrades summarized in a single blog post. That’s the efficiency we know and love!

Top SyncApps Pre-Built Automations — As Ranked by Our Awesome Subscribers

I won’t keep you waiting because, well, I’m pretty sure you know where this is going. Our subscribers love automations that help them close more deals and spend less time doing that. No surprises there, right?

Now let’s take a look at which of these automations do SyncApps subscribers love the most.

Campaign Response

At the top of our subscribers’ preferences is the Campaign Response prebuilt automation. In case you haven’t used it yet, you need to know that this helps your organization see all actionable data like Opens, Clicks, Links Clicked, and Bounces going back into your Salesforce from your Marketing Automation Solution. 

The top advantage of this feature is that both the Sales and Marketing teams have easy access to all the potential customers that could be targeted for specific campaigns. 

This feature comes with: 

✅ Accurate numbers and data so you know your decisions are based on correct intel.

✅ Easily customizable reports so you can align them to your goals, and

✅ Insights that pop — no more rummaging for actionable data; it’s all in your dashboard now.

By now, I think it’s easy to guess why our subscribers love this feature: it’s the key to unlocking more sales with less effort.

Full Sync

This feature gets so much love because it automatically removes records once they are no longer part of the segmentation you’ve specified in Step 1 of your Set Up or in Step 5, Filter and Segmentation. 

This means you no longer have to remove them manually. Put that time to better use, like growing your business, instead of being stuck with the scut work.

Field Mapping 

Got some Custom fields from Salesforce that you want to pull into your Marketing Automation Solution or vice versa? You can now do this automatically with SyncApps. 

Once this feature is enabled, all the detailed information you need will be synced in a snap. All the information you need on your contacts is migrated with a single click. 

Multiple Group Categories for Mailchimp Audiences 

You will find this pre-built automation in Step 2 of your Set Up. Use it to avoid segmenting records individually by creating multiple Groups in Mailchimp. 

Yup, this can be automated too! By enabling this prebuilt automation, SyncApps will automatically create those Groups in Mailchimp. Personalization and better targeting with zero hassle, what’s not to love?

Filter and Segmentation 

If your automation requirements are to sync all contacts or even just Campaigns or List Views and then filter down further into those specific records going into Groups in Mailchimp, then this automation workflow is just for you.

SyncApps can do this quickly for you with one tick of a checkbox.

In Step 5 of your Set Up, just enable the prebuilt automation, setting this up according to your criteria. Only those records that match in Salesforce and they will automatically flow to Mailchimp.

Filter and Segmentation

Suppose you’re thinking that you can’t use these automations because you’re using different platforms. In that case, I have good news for you: all the prebuilt automations mentioned earlier apply to all integration we support!
