If you have been a SyncApps subscriber for some time now, you already know that we’re always working on new features and new integrations. If you’re new here, welcome! This is one of the first updates of this kind you’ll see in this space.

As always, all of the new releases are based on your feedback. Each week, we carefully analyze support tickets and inquiries to come up with new features and integrations that you need.

So, if you feel like your SyncApps dashboard could use some new features, don’t hesitate to write to us.

See Your Open Rates and Click Rates from Mailchimp and Constant Contact in Salesforce

See Your Open Rates and Click Rates from Mailchimp and Constant Contact in Salesforce

No more switching between apps! The metrics that you care about are now available at a glance in Salesforce.

Campaign Open and Click Rates

You can now see how many opens, clicks, forwards, bounces, hard bounces, etc., and the percentages for each Email Campaign that flows through from Constant Contact in Salesforce.

  • Campaign Summary such as the total sends opens, clicks, etc., can now be synced to Salesforce from Constant Contact and Mailchimp
  • Fields like Opens, Clicks, Forwards, Bounces, and Email Events are mapped in Step 4 for summary-based reporting by Salesforce.

Sendinblue for NetSuite

By popular demand, we have added Sendinblue to our arsenal. You now have access to:

The features you’re gonna love:

  • Sync NetSuite Companies, Contacts, Leads, or Prospects to Sendinblue List(s).
  • Use NetSuite Contact and Customer Subscriptions to Sendinblue List(s) for better-targeted marketing.
  • Sync Abandoned Cart Prospects from NetSuite to Sendinblue List(s).
  • Get bidirectional integration support for Sendinblue List(s) to NetSuite CRM checkboxes for easier Group management in Sendinblue.
  • NetSuite Subscriptions to Sendinblue List(s) supported.
  • Connect multiple NetSuite or NetSuite OneWorld instances to multiple Sendinblue instances and vice versa.
  • Update NetSuite if subscribers update their profiles in Sendinblue. (Field mapping required for bidirectional automation)
  • Filter and sync only those records that meet specific criteria from NetSuite or vice-versa.
  • Sync back all or only specific Sendinblue Campaign Responses or Marketing Metrics, including links, clicked, to NetSuite custom records automatically.
  • Trigger Sendinblue Autoresponders from the NetSuite field or field status updates.
  • Opt-outs are managed automatically by default with the ability to override opt-out settings between Sendinblue and NetSuite’s Soft Opt-Out field.
  • Map Sendinblue Email Out-Out to a custom Opt-Out field in NetSuite.
  • Sync and map hard bounces to a NetSuite custom field.
  • Bidirectional field mapping between both systems.
  • NetSuite supported Saved Search record types: Contact, Customer, Employee, Partner, Transaction, and Vendor. Saved Search(es) synced to Sendinblue List(s).
  • NetSuite always takes higher precedence over Sendinblue. Any record changes in NetSuite will always be synced to Sendinblue.
  • Data is synced from Sendinblue only if the email address doesn’t exist in NetSuite at the time of syncing or you are using the Sendinblue Update record feature to update existing records with field updates from Sendinblue. (Field Mapping required)

Step 1: Authenticate NetSuite, then choose the features that match your use cases and integration requirements. 1-2 minutes

Step 2: Authenticate Sendinblue and choose the features that match your use cases and integration requirements. 1-2 minutes

Step 3: Review the Full Sync Add-On you may need for your automation. 30 seconds

Step 4: Select the field mapping needed to bidirectionally sync between each system. 2 minutes

Step 5: Select any Filtering and Segmentation if it matches your needs. 15 seconds

You’re all set! Select the schedule you need. Connect software. Achieve automation.

You can now log this event in the Campaign member, then the Clicked URL, or Email Events will flow back to both Activities and Campaign members.
