As you might already know, every quarter we bring out new ideas and integrations for our subscribers. A lot of our resources go into centralizing the feedback we receive and deciding on new feature implementation priorities.
Some of the feature additions and improvements happen literally overnight. A subscriber drops us a line and tells us how they’d need a certain bidirectional integration to behave in order for them to get better results for their team.
If it’s relatively easy to implement platform-wide, we do it almost on the spot, roll it out that week. This way, the subscriber who suggested it gets the opportunity to be the first to use it — we love to reward our awesome subscribers for helping us develop new features.
Other enhancements and features take longer to implement — brand-new integrations are a great example here.

The Basics:
Using our Filtering and Segmentation feature, a powerful SyncApps feature where you can filter and segment-specific records based on the configured criteria will also help you manage and organize Mindbody Clients to ActiveCampaign email lists, and Tags.

“Do not filter role email address” feature for Constant Contact
This new feature will allow better control over emails from CRM to teams needing marketing automation flows.
Let’s face it, too many required fields on a web form annoy visitors. Capture only the email, name, and phone number then let SyncApps do the rest.
With this new feature all-new leads flowing from your Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or other forms to Salesforce will sync as [not provided] instead of Individual.

SyncApps can now map Eventbrite Event Start Date and End Date Fields on Event Tab.
Also, we now support the mapping of Custom Status for Eventbrite Event Registrant.
To achieve this, just enable “Map Event Registrant details to Campaign Member custom fields” in Step 1 (Salesforce). SyncApps will automatically create a Custom Status(RegistrantCustomStatus__c) field in Salesforce and be exposed to the Event Registrant Tab for mapping purposes.
