Fresh from the Integration Trenches: Q1 2020 New Features and Enhancements

As you might already know, every quarter we bring out new ideas and integrations for our subscribers. A lot of our resources go into centralizing the feedback we receive and deciding on new feature implementation priorities.

Some of the feature additions and improvements happen literally overnight. A subscriber drops us a line and tells us how they’d need a certain bidirectional integration to behave in order for them to get better results for their team. 

If it’s relatively easy to implement platform-wide, we do it almost on the spot, roll it out that week. This way, the subscriber who suggested it gets the opportunity to be the first to use it — we love to reward our awesome subscribers for helping us develop new features.

Other enhancements and features take longer to implement — brand-new integrations are a great example here.

NEW INTEGRATIONS


Due to popular demand, SyncApps has now rolled out Mindbody with Constant Contact and ActiveCampaign!

Let’s first take a look at how Constant Contact email lists are driven by powerful segmentation features in Mindbody.

A lot of Mindbody customers rely on Constant Contact for their day-to-day communication with customers.

No surprises there — Constant Contact is an incredibly easy to use software that simplifies even the most complex marketing task and communication campaign.

With this new feature all-new leads flowing from your Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or other forms to Salesforce will sync as [not provided] instead of Individual.

ENHANCEMENTS


SyncApps can now map Eventbrite Event Start Date and End Date Fields on Event Tab.

Also, we now support the mapping of Custom Status for Eventbrite Event Registrant.

To achieve this, just enable “Map Event Registrant details to Campaign Member custom fields” in Step 1 (Salesforce). SyncApps will automatically create a Custom Status(RegistrantCustomStatus__c) field in Salesforce and be exposed to the Event Registrant Tab for mapping purposes.

Need to have your eCommerce visitors, fans and customers moved to Mailchimp as subscribed?

Salesforce tracks all of your Converted Leads so do you just need to just track those converted since using SyncApps?

You’re in luck as SyncApps now can delete those previously synced Converted Lead records and this choice is available if using the Leads Object in Step 1 of your Salesforce step setup of the integration.
