Cloud Data Integration through the Eyes of a Filipina Newbie

Hello I am Eleanore O. Hatta, a freelance writer by profession, based in Manila, Philippines. Despite the fact that I have done a lot of articles about Internet technologies through the years, the concept of cloud data integration is still pretty new to me however there are not a lot of companies that I know of that have adopted cloud data integration. So I consider myself pretty lucky to have a front row seat, writing with Cazoomi teams, as Cazoomi expands its cloud data integration service to Asia in general and Manila in particular.

I am in awe of cloud data integration because it seems like magic that two systems can work together as one single Sync Profile via Cazoomi SyncApps – not an easy task because each system is produced by a different company. I see the potential power of a Sync Profile in making marketing and selling much easier, especially for small to medium sized businesses that have to work double time to compete against larger businesses. (Note that I mentioned “potential power” because you still have to do your respective marketing and selling activities even after your two systems have been synced).

Which leads me to this conclusion: that cloud data integration is no magic bullet in the world of business. Yes, it is a powerful strategy if you want to speed up and make your marketing and selling more efficient. However, your Sync Profile cannot do marketing or sell for you. You still need sales people who will seek out leads, talk to the clients, do sales calls, make presentations, follow up on opportunities and close deals for your company to generate revenues. What your Sync Profile can do for you is to support your marketing and sales efforts and that is where its value lies.

I see that the Manila market in particular (and Asia in general) is now on a learning curve as business tries to wrap its head around cloud data integration. Cazoomi will probably be able to tap into the Asian market’s potential for the next 5 years as it asserts its dominance in this new industry. As more people adopt cloud data integration I can safely assume that Cazoomi will pick up the pace because most likely more cloud competitors will be and are entering our market. So this means Cazoomi has to have a superior service if it intends to remain the leader in cloud data integration of Asia for the present and the foreseeable future (as it is now a leader for Europe and the US already).

Stay tuned as I interview more small businesses using software like Salesforce.com, NetSuite and Zendesk with Data integration to save time and money in Manila.
