  • Select the specific Marketing Lists in Step 1, only the records inside those Marketing Lists will be updated in Mailchimp during the sync. If there are record updates from Constant Contact Main Lists under that specified list, those updates will be synced back to Dynamics.

Sync Metrics from Constant Contact to Dynamics CRM: How-to

  • Step 2, when you enable the Campaign Response (tracking the metrics from Constant Contact Campaigns) feature in Step 1, and when syncing back Constant Contact Campaigns, it can take some time for the API to process each record.
  • You can select “All Constant Contact Campaigns” or “Select Specific Campaigns” to sync back to a Dynamics CRM Campaign that is automatically created via the API.
