Comparing Constant Contact and Mailchimp: Which is a better Email Marketing Campaign System?

Comparing Constant Contact and Mailchimp: Which is a better Email Marketing Campaign System? Find out the reasons why with this blog.

In my initial forays into the worlds of Constant Contact and Mailchimp, I realized how hard it is to name one or the other as my favorite email campaign system. Here’s why:

Both Constant Contact and Mailchimp are relatively easy to use, even for a beginner like me who has minimal IT experience. So that means that people from a wide array of fields of interest can get to use Constant Contact and Mailchimp easily without having to worry so much about whether they will get the instructions right – and most likely, people will find it easy to use either system because both are really user friendly.

Email Marketing

The system of Constant Contact and the system of Mailchimp are alike in one sense – they appeal to the artist in each one of us. If you want to jazz up your email campaign, you can and you can do this within the system itself. This means you can simply use their pre-existing templates or you can adjust the template to your specifications as you see fit. Mailchimp for instance can show you examples of work rendered by previous Mailchimp users and you may be surprised to see how creative you can get if you are inspired by these works.

So it is really a hard choice if you are trying to choose between Constant Contact and Mailchimp. What you can do though is to try out each email campaign system by itself first to see what response you generate from your target audience. Then you choose the one that resonated the most with your target audience. That way, you will be catering to what your customers and subscribers want, rather than stick to what you yourself want only. Good luck figuring out which of the two is best for your purposes then.
